Philip Parker

President and Representative Director

Philip Parker has over 30 years of experience in high-tech industries and intellectual property rights. He has established the Japan offices of numerous high-tech companies, including vendors of network equipment, software, and semiconductors, and an undersea fibber-optic telecommunications cable network. He is a co-founder of systems Go Corporation, a pan-Asia systems integration firm. In his earlier career, he worked as a management consultant at Arthur D. Little and at A.T. Kearney, focusing on the telecommunications industry.

He holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the Australian National University, a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. He studied at both Osaka University of Foreign Studies and at Kyoto University on a Japanese government scholarship. He speaks both Japanese and Chinese.

Takashi Tazaki

COO

Takashi Tazaki worked for over 30 years at Unisys Japan, focusing on major account sales and business development for the financial and government sectors, and holding various management positions. He helped establish the networking business of Unisys Japan, which grew into the subsidiary Uniadex. After leaving Unisys Japan, he worked for Mitsui & Co., one of Japan’s major trading houses.

In 2006, he joined P.J. Parker & Co. and has been instrumental in building our clientele among major Japanese corporations.
